On 20th of July, Extron announced its new USB-C HD 101 interface for easy connection of USB-C sources that support DisplayPort Alt Mode to AV systems with HDMI inputs. Equipped with Internal Extron Everlast power supply and provides up to 60 watt of power, it is a “versatile, compact solution that fits easily into any installation” as described by Casey Hall, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Extron. Furthermore, an included ZipClip 200 mounting accessory allows for convenient attachment onto furniture.
