New capabilities for the Lifesize CxEngage cloud contact center platform add a seamless pivot to video capability, rich text messaging for chatbots, and enhancements to the chat SDK. New Workforce Engagement features include evaluations for SMS and Facebook Messenger. Evaluation of agents across all their digital interactions is now possible making it easier to coach and ramp agents.
